(1) Before taking an elevator, be careful of loose, dragging clothing (such as long skirts, dresses, etc.) to prevent them from being caught by the floors or car doors during operation, causing personal injury.
(2) Do not take an elevator that does not have an elevator safety inspection certificate or the certificate has expired (the certificate is usually posted in a conspicuous place in the car). Such an elevator may be unsafe.
(3) It is strictly forbidden to attempt to take an elevator that is undergoing maintenance. At this time, the elevator is in an abnormal working state and safety accidents are likely to occur once you take it.
(4) Do not let children take the elevator alone. Children generally do not understand the safety rules of elevator riding and lack the ability to deal with emergencies in a timely and calm manner.

(5) Do not use a long thin rope to lead children or pets. Pull it tight or hold it by hand to prevent the thin rope from being caught by the floors or car doors during operation, causing safety accidents.
(6) Sundry elevators can only be used to transport books, documents, food and other items. There are no safety measures for people. People are strictly prohibited from taking sundry elevators.
(7) Do not bring flammable, explosive or corrosive items into the car without any protective measures to prevent personal injury or equipment damage. It is prohibited to store such items in the car.
(8) Passengers should not bring running umbrellas or rain boots into the car. Cleaners should not bring water into the car when cleaning the floor to prevent the car floor from getting wet and causing passengers to slip. The water brought in may even enter the shaft through the gap between the floor door and the car door sill and cause electrical equipment to short-circuit.
(9) When carrying large and long heavy items, professionals should be invited to provide guidance and assistance. Do not drag them when entering or exiting the car. Do not open the car roof safety window to extend long items out of the car to avoid damaging the elevator equipment and causing dangerous accidents.
(10) Be alert to crimes such as robbery, murder, explosion, sexual harassment, etc. in the car. Especially at night or when the passenger flow is small, be careful of strangers entering and exiting the car.
(11) When the distance between floors is within 2, taking the elevator may not necessarily lead to a faster arrival due to the waiting time, and it may also reduce the overall transportation efficiency of the building's elevators. It is recommended to take the stairs, which is also good for health.
(12) When calling for an elevator, passengers only need to press the elevator call button for the direction they are going in the elevator lobby. Do not press both the up and down buttons at the same time to avoid unnecessary car stops and reduce the overall transportation efficiency of the building's elevators.
(13) Take care of the buttons in the elevator lobby and in the elevator car. Press them gently. Do not press them repeatedly after they are lit. Do not hit or touch the buttons with sharp objects (such as the tip of an umbrella) to avoid shortening the service life of the buttons or even causing failures.
(14) When waiting for the elevator, do not lean against the door to avoid affecting the opening of the door or falling into the elevator car when the door is opened, or even falling into the shaft when the door is opened by mistake (elevator failure), causing personal injury or death. It is strictly forbidden to push, hit, kick, or pry the floor door open with handheld objects to avoid damaging the floor door structure or even falling into the shaft.
(15) When the elevator floor and car doors are open, it is forbidden to put your fingers on the door panels of the floor and car doors to prevent your fingers from being squeezed when the door panels are retracted. When the elevator floor and car doors are closed, do not put your hands on the edge of the door (door gap) to avoid affecting the closing action or even squeezing your fingers.
(16) Before entering the car, you should wait for the floor door to be fully opened to see whether the car is parked at the floor station (severely faulty elevators may cause the floor door to open by mistake). Do not rush in to avoid personal injury and death. If not, do not put your head into the shaft to peek into the car to avoid personal shearing and death.
(17) Before entering or exiting the elevator, wait until the floor door or car door is fully opened to see if the elevator is accurately leveled at the floor station, that is, whether the elevator floor and the elevator lobby floor are on the same plane (a faulty elevator will not be accurately leveled). Do not rush to avoid tripping. If not, do not put your hands or legs into the gap between the car door and the shaft to avoid shearing injuries and deaths caused by the sudden start of the car.
(18) When entering or exiting the elevator, be careful not to use crutches or high-heeled shoes to apply force to the floor door sill, car door sill, or the gap between the two to avoid being clamped or damaging the sill.
(19) Do not throw coins, fruit cores or other foreign objects into the groove of the elevator door sill to avoid affecting the opening and closing of the floor and car doors, or even damaging the door system. If you accidentally drop an object into the gap between the car door and the shaft, do not take any measures on your own, but immediately notify the elevator professional to assist.
(20) When entering or exiting the elevator, do not stay at the entrance or exit of the elevator, and do not lean against the safety touch panel (or light curtain) to avoid affecting others or the closing of the floor or car door, or even causing personal injury and death in the event of a door opening failure. After entering the elevator, passengers should stand inside the elevator and do not stand too close to the car door to avoid clothing or personal belongings affecting the closing of the car door or even being caught.
(21) When carrying large items, if you need to keep the floor or car door open, press the door opening button "<|>". It is prohibited to insert items such as cardboard and wooden strips between the floor and car door, or use objects such as boxes to block the closing of the floor and car door to avoid damaging the floor and car door components and causing danger.
(22) When the elevator floor and car door are closing, do not use your hands, feet, body, sticks, carts, etc. to directly prevent the door from closing in order to catch the elevator or to worry about delaying the exit of the elevator. Although the normal floor and car doors will automatically reopen under the action of the safety protection device, once the door system fails, it will cause serious consequences. The correct way is to wait for the next time, or press the elevator call button in the elevator lobby, or press the door opening button in the elevator to reopen the floor and car doors.
(23) Do not take the elevator with an overload. When the elevator exceeds the rated load, an overload alarm will sound and the elevator cannot be started. At this time, the passengers who enter the elevator later should take the initiative to exit the elevator. Severe overloading may cause the elevator to slip, causing equipment damage or personal injury accidents.
(24) After entering the elevator, do not press buttons for non-destination floors to avoid unnecessary stops and reduce the total transportation efficiency of the building elevator. Under normal circumstances, it is forbidden to try to press the alarm button to avoid misleading the elevator duty personnel to come to the rescue.
(25) Do not jump around in the car or shake left and right to avoid the safety device malfunctioning and causing passengers to be trapped in the car, affecting the normal operation of the elevator.
(26) Do not make loud noises or play in the car. Do not open the packaging of items with odors, pungent odors, etc. to avoid affecting others. Pay attention to helping the elderly and children and be civilized and polite.
(27) Passengers are prohibited from trying to pry open the door of the elevator car while the elevator car is in operation. Once the door is opened, the elevator car will stop immediately, trapping passengers in the car and affecting the normal operation of the elevator.
(28) When riding in the elevator, do not lean against the door of the elevator car to avoid affecting the normal opening of the door, damaging the door, or trapping clothes when opening the door, or even causing personal injury when the door opens by mistake.
(29) Take care of the facilities in the elevator car (such as decoration, control panel, floor display, alarm button, camera, etc.). Do not stick chewing gum on the button, do not write or scratch in the car, and do not throw garbage in the car. Keep the car clean to ensure the service life of the elevator.
(30) Smoking is prohibited in the car to avoid affecting the health of others or even causing a fire.
(31) When passengers are trapped in the elevator car due to power outage, safety device activation, malfunction, etc., passengers should remain calm, use the car alarm device phone, alarm button and other communication equipment to contact the elevator duty personnel in time, and wait patiently for the arrival of rescue personnel. To prevent falling when the elevator starts suddenly, it is best to squat or hold the handrail of the elevator. When professionals come to rescue, you should cooperate with their actions.
(32) When passengers are trapped in the elevator, it is strictly forbidden to force the door open or attempt to escape from the safety window on the top of the elevator (the safety window is only used by professionals for emergency rescue or maintenance) to prevent personal shearing or falling casualties. The elevator has ventilation holes and will not cause suffocation; the emergency lighting of the elevator can last for a period of time.
(33) If passengers find that the elevator is operating abnormally (for example, the floor or elevator door cannot be closed, there are abnormal sounds, vibrations or burning smells), they should stop riding immediately and notify the elevator professionals to come for inspection and repair in time. Do not take the chance or take measures on your own.
(34) When a fire occurs in the building where the elevator is located, it is forbidden to attempt to escape by elevator. Evacuation should be carried out through the fire escape. The fire control function of the elevator is only for professional firefighters and does not respond to passengers' calls.
(35) In the event of an earthquake, it is forbidden to attempt to escape by elevator. Passengers in the elevator should try to evacuate the car as soon as possible to the nearest safe floor.
(36) When the elevator is flooded (for example, due to a burst water pipe in the building), passengers are prohibited from riding. Passengers in the elevator should try to evacuate the car as soon as possible to the nearest safe floor.
(37) Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from entering the elevator machine room, monitoring room, shaft (through inspection doors, etc.), and pit without permission to prevent injuries from moving parts or elevator accidents caused by incorrect operations.
(38) Do not stack items in the passages leading to the machine room and the entrances and exits of the machine room. Keep them unobstructed to avoid affecting the daily maintenance of professionals and rescue and repair in emergency situations or causing fires due to stacked items.
(39) Elevator floor door keys, control panel keys, and machine room door keys can only be used by approved and trained professionals. Non-professionals or passengers are strictly prohibited from arbitrarily configuring and using them to prevent personal injury or equipment damage.
(40) It is prohibited to dismantle and repair the control panel in the elevator lobby or car (for example, when the button panel is loose) without permission to avoid elevator failure or electric shock.
(41) Except for freight elevators permitted by the instruction manual, it is prohibited to use motorized forklifts to load and unload goods in the car to avoid equipment damage.
(42) If other passengers are found to be in dangerous elevator movements or states, they should be dissuaded in good faith and the dangers should be explained to them.
